Circuit Rider is proud to offer Employment Services to Windsor community members through a grant from the Town of Windsor. These services are available during business hours by appointment.
Circuit Rider provides a number of mentoring and social service learning activities for at-risk youth as well as social services for adults and seniors. We remain committed to these diverse and proven programs and proud of the impact they have had in our community.
